CLASS OVERVIEW
Envy Athletics' recreational tumbling class program places significant emphasis on proper technique and progression-based learning to ensure both skill mastery and athlete safety.
Our classes are designed to develop tumbling skills safely through targeted drills, strength training, flexibility exercises, and the necessary conditioning for mastering skills, ranging from beginner to advanced levels.

CLASS SCHEDULE
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
TINY
TUMBLING
This class has no prerequisites and is geared towards athletes ages 3-6 with little to no previous tumbling experience. Strong basic skills will help build a strong foundation for future classes in our program. The athletes will be working basic body control, L kicks, handstands, forward and backwards rolls, bridges, backbend kickovers, front limber, cartwheels, and round offs.
LEVEL 3
​To register for the level 3 class athletes must have mastered all the required skills being taught in the level 3 class, and will learn: Round off back handspring tuck, toe touch back handspring, multiple jump multiple back handsprings, front walkover round off back handspring tuck, punch fronts, aerials, back handspring step out through to tuck, standing series to tuck, and standing back tuck.
JUMP
There are no prerequisites for this class. This class is designed for athletes that want to increase their strength and flexibility to improve their jumps. This class will focus on strengthening jump motions, height, flexibility, and landing in every advanced jump. The best way to better your jumps is to jump!
LEVEL 1
This class has no prerequisites and is geared towards athletes with little to no previous tumbling experience. Strong basic skills will help build a strong foundation for future classes in our program. The athletes will be working on basic body control, L kicks, handstands, forward and backward rolls, bridges, backbend kickovers, front limber, left and right cartwheels, round offs,back walkovers, front walkovers, cartwheel back walkovers, tic tocks, and Valdez.
LEVEL 4
To register for the level 4 class athletes must have mastered all the required skills being taught in the level 3 class, and will learn: Round off back handspring layout, specialty pass through to layout, standing BHS series to layout, and standing tuck.

There are no prerequisites for this class. During this class athletes will work to develop the flexibility,strength, body control, and flyer technique to master skills in the air.
LEVEL 2
To register for the level 2 class athletes must have mastered all the required skills being taught in the level 1 class, and will learn: Standing back handspring, round off back handspring, back walkover back handspring, front walkover round off back handspring, cartwheel back handspring, Standing back handspring series, round off back handspring series, back walkover back handspring series, front handspring, fly spring, and combination passes.
flex
There are no prerequisites for this class. This class is designed for athletes that want to increase their strength and flexibility. This class will focus on increasing flexibility in all splits, shoulders, and back. This class will help athletes achieve the necessary body positions for various tumbling skills, as well as allowing flyers the ability to achieve the body positions in cheer!
CHEER 101

In this class, we will focus on the basics of cheerleading, including tumbling, jumps, motions, and dance. We will also work on building strength and flexibility, which are important for executing cheerleading skills safely and effectively.
